At SANF ALOUD we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our oud musk perfumes all over sprays and oud boxes. We carefully prepare and inspect every order before dispatch to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. If there is an issue with your order our team will review your request and provide the most suitable solution according to this policy

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted when an item is received damaged defective incorrect or significantly different from the product ordered. To maintain hygiene quality and fragrance integrity opened used sprayed tested or unsealed perfumes musk products oud oils and all over sprays cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are defective

Oud products and oud boxes must also remain unused and in their original condition with all packaging included to qualify for a return

Return Request Period

Customers should contact SANF ALOUD as soon as possible after receiving an order if there is a problem. Return requests should include the order information and clear details about the issue. We may request photographs of the product packaging or damage so our team can review the request efficiently

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product please contact us promptly. Once the issue has been verified we may arrange a replacement exchange or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances of the order

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank payment provider or payment method. Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is caused by an error from SANF ALOUD or the product arrived damaged

Non Returnable Products

Products that have been opened used sprayed altered damaged after delivery or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Personalized or specially prepared oud boxes may also be non returnable

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped cancellation may no longer be possible
